Muḥammad Ibn Idrīs al-Shāfiʿī

Muḥammad Ibn Idrīs al-Shāfiʿī (767-820 AD) was born in Gaza, Palestine, and is renowned as the founder of the Shafi'i school of jurisprudence, one of the four major Sunni schools of law.

“Then he returns to his first position facing the face of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and seeks his intercession for himself and intercedes through him with his Lord.”
